On Saturday, August 25, 2007, the Third Annual Deerfield Dirt-Road Randonnee (D2R2) will start at 6 AM at the Franklin County Fairgrounds in Greenfield, Massachusetts. The ride will benefit the Franklin Land Trust. This RUSA populaire is breathtaking in both senses of the word: 107 miles, 70% on dirt roads, with 11,300 feet of climbing. Massachusetts - bike MS: Cape Cod Getaway Ride 2008

Location: Boston Harbor in Quincy to Provincetown on Cape Cod

2 Days, 150 miles, Boston Harbor to Provincetown

The Cape Cod Getaway is the largest MS ride in New England. Beginning on the morning of Saturday June 28, over 2000 riders will pedal from Quincy, Massachusetts through the coastal towns of Massachusetts’ South Shore to the beginning of Cape Cod. The end of day one is at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy in Bourne where the riders are welcomed with live music, great food and maybe even a beer or two.

Early Sunday morning, the riders cross the Bourne bridge and ride through picturesque Cape Cod as they make their way to Provincetown. After crossing the finish line, riders have a chance to eat, socialize and clean up before boarding the party boat back to Quincy.

Great River Ride

Join us Sunday October 12th, 2008 for the ultimate century ride. The Great River Ride has been rated as “one of the best century rides in the USA” by Bicycling Magazine and the League of American Bicyclists. “Gorgeous but gruelling” is Bicycling’s description for what we believe is the most challenging century in New England. This is a must do event for any cyclist. Done it before? Come again, each year or two the route changes slightly offering new vistas and new challenges. Can’t wait til October? Choose between three rides; 110 miles, 85 miles, 62 miles, or a 35 mile route. Your entry fee includes a commemorative water bottle (First 300 Entrants), ride refreshments, a post-ride social, and a chicken and pasta buffet. Riders registered before Sept. 10th can order a t-shirt.

Our cycling season opens with Ride the Vineyard. Cyclists choose from 25K, 50K and 100K scenic rides along the winding roads of Martha�s Vineyard. For some the weekend begins Friday night at the kick-off party, where VIP, veteran and team awards are presented. After the ride, you will be welcomed back with a barbecue and live music.
